Poor Bloody Infantry! PBI

We have a very active PBI player base, plenty of terrain and huge enthusiasm! Currently 24 of the club members are taking part in a PBI Competition run by myself, Chris McNeil.

Last year we had 14 players take part and such was the interest that 10 new players asked to take part in 2011. The competition is of 5 rounds, with the 1st round being a random draw, then in subsequent rounds highest scorer plays the next highest scorer and so on down the score board. No one plays against the same player more than once, so a bit of 'fudging' is used if necessary to ensure this does not happen. To give the 'newbies' a chance in the competition the top 10 scoring players from last years competition were in one random draw for opponents and the other 4 players were placed in a random draw with the 10 new players. To make it even tougher for the top scorers from last year there is a Victory Points deduction in the first round, based on their final position in last years competition.
